What makes your story unique or helpful to others?
My mom was a Breast Cancer survivor 21 years ago (my senior year of high school) I was diagnosed at the age of 35 with same type, same breast, and same stage of Cancer as my mom.
I now make it a mission to tell my story and educate others.

Do you have a funny cancer story?
A couple of times I tried to wear wigs while going through treatment but the Texas Summer heat put a pin in that. Halfway through the night the wig would end up in my bag, table, or anywhere else beside my head..
One night my wig was found on the table. Pictures were taken with the wig and it became a running joke between my my girlfriends and I.
